Position Overview We are seeking an AI Integration Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an engineer with strong technical expertise and a passion for implementing AI-driven solutions in real business environments. You will play a key role in bridging advanced AI capabilities with client operations, ensuring seamless adoption and measurable impact. Key Responsibilities * Integrate AI and automation tools (LLMs, OCR, chatbots, etc.) into clients’ systems, CRMs, and workflows. * Design and deploy data pipelines, APIs, and connectors to ensure smooth system communication. * Customize and fine-tune AI models to meet industry-specific requirements. * Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and clients to define and execute integration strategies. * Monitor, optimize, and support AI systems post-deployment to maintain performance and scalability. Required Skills and Experience * Proficiency in Python, REST APIs, and AI frameworks (OpenAI, LangChain, etc.). * Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). * Understanding of automation tools, data handling, and system integration. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. * Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Nice to Have: * Experience with CRM integration, OCR systems, or AI-powered chatbots. * Prior work with automation platforms like Zapier, Make, or custom workflow tools.
